By opting into our SMS service for our driver onboarding program, you agree to receive appointment reminders, updates, and confirmation messages from BPA Group. These messages help you manage your application process and stay informed about important onboarding steps.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time.

To stop receiving messages, simply text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up again through the same process, and messages will resume.

If you experience any issues with the SMS program, reply with “HELP” for assistance or contact us directly at: office@bpahotshot.com

Please note:

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages;
• Standard message and data rates may apply for both outgoing and incoming messages;
• Message frequency varies and will depend on your interaction with BPA Group and your status in the onboarding process;
